The space This is a wonderful upstairs 1BR/1BA apartment in the upstairs of a historic carriage house in Apalachicola. It is on the “Chapman House” property. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a small twin sleeper sofa/ love seat. Both TVs are smart TVs. We provide cable through Sling TV and many other streaming options. There are downstairs guests as well and we like to make both guests aware. With its own private entry and balcony you will love it’s charm and privacy.
