One large main room features a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped modern kitchen with stainless appliances, bar counter and a dining area. Two serene bedrooms, on with a king-size bed and one with two single beds, feature plush linens, stylish furniture, large closets and modern ceiling fans for a restful retreat. The bathrooms are inviting with modern fixtures and plenty of counter space. This quiet, relaxing space is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. One parking pass for free parking around Capitola is provided.  An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use as well. Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops and a whole host of restaurants and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by families, dog-walkers and surfers! Please note: there is a local neighbor that holds band practice in their home periodically.  It is infrequent but can be heard when they practice.  We have no control over that, but the City requires them to be quiet by 10pm. There is so much to do here with access to amazing surf spots for beginners to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, paths for long romantic walks and Capitola Beach for sand castle building and soaking up the sun.
