Enjoy your private stay at this Unique Southern Charleston house overlooking Shadowmoss golf course from your backyard. Book your 9 or 18 hole game in advance. This house has 2 levels but you are permitted access to the 1st level only. While the 2nd level is not part of the rental unit, you will also be the only one with access to the home during your stay. 10 minutes to Historic Middleton Place/12 minutes to Historic Magnolia Plantation/20-25 minutes downtown. Pets enjoy a fenced-in yard! Other things to note PARKING: This is a 4-car driveway. Trailers and street parking are strictly prohibited. DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL ONLY: The majority of the house amenities and rooms are all located on the first floor, so you’re not really missing out on anything! You do not need to use stairs to enter the downstairs level. The “restricted” area upstairs is blocked off with a gate- it also has motion detectors, so if you don’t want me bothering you to see why you’re upstairs then please do not go upstairs :) This is an ENTIRE PLACE listing & you are the only one to have access in the house during your entire stay. MAGNOLIA GARDENS & MIDDLETON PLACE: These are historical places with absolutely magnificent views! I recommend booking tours at both places and trying out the delicious restaurant at Magnolia Gardens! Minutes away from the house so saves you time to still drive to downtown Charleston to see more historical views on your other days. What a deal!
