Located on beautiful Santa Rosa Island, this coastal escape features an open-concept great room, stylish decor, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for gathering and entertaining. Open the sliding doors to enjoy sea breezes or step outside to a spacious Gulf-view deck with outdoor dining space. Downstairs, the private pool area offers plenty of room to play, relax, or dine under the sun and stars. Inside, the home is divided into three sleeping zones for comfort and flexibility. Zone 1 features a king master suite and a second bedroom with two queen beds. Zone 2 includes three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, and one with a queen bed. Zone 3, located downstairs, includes a king bedroom and a custom-built bunk room with two sets of queen-over-queen bunks (sleeps 8!), plus a shared bath. In total, The Sunshine Gulfside sleeps up to 22 guests with plush pillow-top mattresses in every room.
