The space The space is a little over 200 sq feet with full kitchen and bath. Fits 1 person comfortably but can also fit 2 since space has a queen bed. Guest access Guests will have full access to the private studio and the patio area in front of the studio. There is a gated side entrance on the left side of the main house that leads to the unit. Guest will also have access to the garage next to the studio that has washer dryer and detergent for guest use.
