“Omkar House” Luxurious 4BHK Villa at Shantipura

Omkar is a modern furnished house that is located at Shantipura Ahmedabad. The house consist of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a spacious dinning, kitchen area and a giant living room to relax. The house is equipped with all essential amenities for guest to have utmost comfort during stay. There are plenty of board games to enjoy indoor and access to common garden area for playing outdoor games. A very peaceful area to bring your family and friends for weekend or weekday relaxation. The space - The House has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Wifi facility, 2 terrace area and 2 parking spots inside the house area. - 3 bedrooms have double bed with attached bathroom and there is one common bathroom. There are 8 mattresses available in the house. - All the bathrooms are equipped with geyser and bedrooms with attached bathroom will have two towels, shower-gel, shampoo and hand washing liquid. - kitchen area includes refrigerator, Ro water plant, microwave, stove, cooking vessels and cutleries. - Washing machine is available at the laundry room behind the kitchen area. - Spacious dinning area. - Air conditioner are installed everywhere except bathrooms. - Living room and Master bedroom have Television, the living area also consist of sony sound system to enjoy music and get theatre effects while watching TV. OUTDOORS - Plenty of space near the main entrance of the house for people to sit and relax, comfortable chairs are available to relax. - Please feel free to use common garden area for outdoor sports or to sit and relax. OTHER FACILITIES - A caretaker person will be available 24*7. ( There is a servant room in the backside of the property where caretaker lives ) - Zomato delivers food but not during late night, there are some dhabas nearby the property serving mostly punjabi cuisines. - Property is cleaned everyday by caretaker and cleaning time will be according to guest's convenience. Guest access Guest have access to entire house except for one storeroom which will be locked. Guest can even access common garden area. Other things to note House Rules: o Please adhere to state rules and regulations regarding Alcohol consumption. o No Smoking inside the house, at nights please do not play loud music. o please note any damage to the property or belongings will have to be fully compensated. o House cleaning timing will be according to convenience of guest during stay ( please discuss with caretaker) . Any additional facilities like washing of utensils, clothes, cooking can be discussed with the caretaker separately for an additional charge directly payable to them. o Common Areas are under CCTV Surveillance.
