Villa Santa Lucia ...Piece of Italy in Upstate NY

When I visited Italy ..I fell In love with Tuscany....I loved everything about it The wine ..food ...and the villas . I decided that I needed to bring a piece of Italy back to the US ! So I bought a house in the Helderberg Mountains ...(the landscape reminds u of Tuscany) that was built in 1760...on 5 acres of land ... I decorated each room a different part of Italy...I brought things home from Italy to put in the rooms and photos I took in Italy I blew up and hung on the walls !! My wish for you is to feel a little bit of Italy when u visit ! Also it was named after my great grandmother Lucia ! One of my favorite items is a game table I had made in Sorrento Italy when we visited last year ! It has routlette...black jack...chess & more !!! I also have many board games for adults & kids ! I’m so excited to let you know we just completed a beautiful outdoor kitchen & outdoor game area ! We have a large bar with built in frig & grill ...beautiful large stone dining table ..pergola ..fire pit...Bocci Ball court ..corn hole game..horse shoes ....croquet...& more . We also have a screened in gazebo outside!!its truly heaven on earth and sooo peaceful.
