SECOND FLOOR -KITCHEN: Full cookware and olive oil / salt / pepper to cook. Keurig, French press, and electric water kettle provided. -LIVING ROOM: Full sized pullout couch with 55" TV and mini split AC unit. THIRD FLOOR -BEDROOM TWO: Queen bed with 55” TV and mini split AC unit and ensuite bathroom. ROOFTOP: Couch seating, dining set and grill (Weber Genesis) with views of the city. OTHER -PARKING: One off street designated compact car parking spot next to outlet and free street parking. -AC / HEAT: Individual mini split Heat & AC units in 2nd living room and 3rd floor bedroom. Radiant heat on ground floor. -PETS: We only allow dogs on a case by case basis. If you are interested in bringing a pet, please message us with the breed and age information prior to booking. We love dogs but have had frustrating experiences with untrained and anxious dogs in our home. Any non-approved pets will be subject to a $500 per pet fine. We are local to the neighborhood and look forward to seeing you and your pet on your walks.
