Washer and Dryer available for use with detergent and softener. Split Level w high speed WiFi: Lower Level - 1 Full Bath and 1 bedroom/office space w a monitor, office chair and air mattress. Lots of pool towels are stored in the cabinet by the laundry area. Pool is not heated. You are free to use the entire home for your comfort. Please don't park on the brick pavers in the front. It is strictly a walkway. If you intend to have more people than the count noted on the reservation, please let me know in advance. This is not a party house and meant for families/friends looking for comfortable stays while visiting the town. Always available to respond to any of your questions. I love to golf, try new foods, hiking, jazz, dancing and comedy clubs so can recommend lots of fun things to do. If you don't have a car, plan on using car service apps like Uber and Lyft. public transportation is not reliable and limited here. There are cameras outside of the home for security and a single one looking at kitchen entryway as well as the TV room entry from garage. Camera's audio is disabled and only there for security purpose. Tampering with any camera will have you reported for misconduct and possibly request you to leave the premises. This is a very quiet residential community and the cameras are there for your safety as well as owner's.
