Mountain chalet with lake access

This beautiful home is located in a secluded, sought-after private community on Lake Sunapee with a large beach, new updated beach house, tennis courts and boat basin. The house is an easy ten minute walk or one minute drive to the lake/beach, three minute drive to Mount Sunapee ski resort, which offers skiing in winter and numerous summer mountain adventure activities including a scenic chairlift ride, downhill mountain biking, frisbee golf and mini golf, and close to many hikes. The space Guests can enjoy access to the entire house, which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining room offers plenty of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. The living room has a large sectional couch, tv and stone natural fireplace. The kitchen offers newly installed granite countertops and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and everything needed to cook meals. The dining room can seat up to 8 people at the table and 2 additional at the island. The large wrap around deck offers plenty of outdoor seating and a Weber grill. There is a fire pit in the side yard. Bedrooms: • One master with a queen bed, attached newly renovated master bath on upper level of the house. There is an open landing with a home office. • One larger room with a queen bed and twin bed • One room with two twin beds • Bedrooms contain extra blankets and fans. If additional fans are required, there are more in the garage. Bathrooms: • One newly renovated master bath with 3/4 shower on upper level of the house • One full bathroom with shower/tub • The bathrooms contain shampoo and body wash and have a hairdryer in each vanity • Extra towels are located in guest room closets or master bathroom linen closet The finished basement offers a bonus room with two couches, a small tv, board game selection and laundry. Please note use of the fireplace is prohibited. Other things to note Please note there is a one week minimum rental period from May 16 through the end of September and Massachusetts February school vacation week (fri to fri).
