Key pickup is at the office except in case of late arrival (call the office if this is the case). In high season, key handover is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on the progress of the cleaning teams following the departure of the previous tenants. Under no circumstances will the tenant be able to take advantage of a goodwill gesture for a key handover at 6:00 p.m. In low seasons, arrival times can be much more flexible, do not hesitate to call the office.
