The space There is a master bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and closets. There is a main full bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided in a closet in the hallway. The kitchen/dining/living room area is open and spacious. There are beds to sleep 6. Other sleeping options are a large sectional couch in the living room and a double air mattress that is available upon request. Guest access This basement apartment has it's own private entrance and you will enjoy all the space to yourself. The owners live upstairs so you may hear typical noises. There is free off-street parking. Please communicate if you'll need more than 3 spaces. There are stairs to access the apartment. Other things to note We require a rental contract to be signed within 48 hours of booking. It will be sent as an electronic document that can be e-signed.
