The space There is a master bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and closets. There is a main full bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided in a closet in the hallway. The kitchen/dining/living room area is open and spacious. There are beds to sleep 6. Other sleeping options are a large sectional couch (not pull-out) in the living room and a queen size tall air mattress that is available upon request. Guest access This basement apartment has it's own private entrance and you will enjoy all the space to yourself. The owners live upstairs so you may hear typical noises. There is free off-street parking. Please communicate if you'll need more than 3 spaces. There are stairs to access the apartment. In the drier months there is an option to pull to a lower gravel parking area where you can enter from below, once you’ve unlocked the unit by entering through the upper entrance. Other things to note We require a rental contract to be signed within 48 hours of booking. It will be sent as an electronic document that can be e-signed.
