Welcome to Casa Garcia, your home in the center of the city. We have a newly remodeled space, close to the city's sights. Only a 9-minute walk from the Cathedral Basilica. On one side of the largest shopping street in the city. 5 miutes from the bus station. Behind the city's main boulevard. The space The house has a total height of three floors, with several steps. So we recommend you consider it for your stay. We don't have a garage, and there's a boarding house on the back street. The area is very safe, so if there is a space on the street, your vehicle will be safe. The first thing you'll find is the living room, kitchen, and dining room, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a cookware, stove, and basic supplies so you can prepare your food. It also has some appliances, such as a microwave oven and a coffee maker. The dining room is for 6 people. The living room has two sofa beds. (To recline them, simply push the backrest to release the lock, and it will change position). We have a Smart TV ready, so you can entertain yourself in your free time. On the next floor, you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Finally, on the top floor there is a third bedroom, equipped with a double bed. Opposite this room is another full bathroom. On this top floor, we have a small terrace with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy spending time outdoors.
