This includes the living and dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and the half bathroom. Additionally you'll find a large front balcony and a separate balcony behind the kitchen with a picnic table. Included on the main level is the master king bedroom with a private full bathroom. The master has private access to the back balcony. Up the stairs to the top level are two queen bedrooms, one of which has a separate top level balcony. There is a full jack & jill bathroom. The top level provides both privacy and open access to the large main level below. One major highlight of the property is its large fully fenced in backyard!
