Welcome to Eagle's Nest, one of the most ideally located Lakefront homes on Bass Lake! Opportunities to see bald eagles and catch fish right from your own boat dock! In addition, the property is only 18.6 miles from the entrance to beloved Yosemite! The space Recently remodeled with over $360k in upgrades/renovations, this lake house will be one you, your family, and your friends won’t soon forget. Here are just a few of the characteristics that make this property so fantastic: 7 Bedrooms (5 with lake views!) Sleeps 16 comfortably. 4 Full bathrooms More than 180 degree views of Bass Lake (extremely rare) Freshly remodeled and fully-stocked kitchen- cook almost any meal you can think of! Your own private (brand new) boat dock WITH jet ski ramps 75 inch TV with Bose surround sound, 4k Blu Ray dvd player, and dozens of movies Dedicated YouTube TV subscription allows guests to watch typical TV channels available through traditional cable TV services. Large custom dining table with seating for 16, so everyone can enjoy a meal together Parking for up to 6 cars (Lake Drive is a very small road and the home's driveway is steep, so we strongly recommend NOT bringing boats/trailers to park at the home) Outdoor grill overlooking the lake Amazing views of the starry sky and sunset off the back deck High-Speed internet at 960Mbps downlink, 50 Mbps uplink Walking distance to the Pines Resort and all of its amenities Bedding/Bath Configuration is as follows: Main Level- Master- One King Bed w/ en suite bathroom with stand in shower (Sleeps 2) Main Level- Bedroom #2- One King Bed (Sleeps 2) Main Level- Bedroom#3- One King Bed (Sleeps 2) Main Level- Bedroom #4- Two Twin Beds (Sleeps 2) Main Level- Bathroom #2- in common area with stand in shower Lower Level- Bedroom #5- Bunk Bed** with Trundle (all 3 are twins) + another twin bed (Sleeps 4) Lower Level Bedroom #6- Two Twin Beds (Sleeps 2) Lower Level- Bedroom #7- One King Bed w/ en suite bathroom with stand in shower (Sleeps 2) Lower Level- Bathroom #4- In common area with children sized bath tub This property is fully stocked with fresh sheets, towels, pillowcases, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, coffee, and more! Just bring your family, friends, and some food and enjoy that vacation you definitely deserve! Also, water levels vary depending on the season. During the fall/winter months, water levels are typically lower and may not reach the boat dock, therefore it may be unusable in these months. This is reflected in the nightly rate of the home. Welcome Guide- One week prior to arrival, a digital welcome book will be sent via email and text message. It will have your special door code, address, items provided, and much more great info to help you prepare for your trip! Access to Yosemite and Nearby Attractions- Yosemite National Park, like many others across the United States, has implemented a reservation system in recent years to manage visitor numbers effectively. We highly recommend that visitors planning a trip to Yosemite stay informed by regularly checking the National Parks websites and affiliated sources for any updates regarding the reservation system. While we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, it's important to note that access to Yosemite or nearby attractions cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. By staying informed and flexible, visitors can better navigate their travel plans and make the most out of their trip to this beautiful region. Kitchen- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you. Linens- Our vacation homes are some of the few in the Yosemite area to use professionally laundered linens. All linens are professionally serviced for each and every reservation. The linens are washed in commercial grade washers with stronger hypoallergenic detergent than you would find in a residential washer. All linens are then pressed with an iron at 300° F, vs. a standard home dryer that only reaches 160°. You are not likely to find this level of service in other vacation homes. **Bunkbeds- Please note that due to California Worker’s Compensation restrictions, housekeeping will not be able to make the top bunk prior to arrival. Fresh sheets, bedding, and pillows are absolutely provided for it though! Fireplace- Kindly note that any type of wood burning is typically unavailable in the summer and fall months, due to heightened fire risk in the area. BBQ grills are usable year round. Since the property has an adequate heating system, firewood is not provided. You are most welcome to bring any for your own ambiance if you wish, or you may use any that might be at the property left by friends, family, or other guests. Pet Friendly- This home is NOT pet friendly. Parking- There is enough parking for 4-6 cars at this property. The garage is unavailable to guests, as it is used for owner storage. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. Please be mindful to obey speed laws and drive slowly in residential neighborhoods! Other things to note Early or Late Check-ins- Early check ins are often difficult for our team to accommodate. If you would like to check in early, please reach out to us after 2PM on the day of your arrival so we can check with our team. If you need guaranteed early check in, we recommend booking the night before your arrival so that you may check in as early as you wish. For checkout, most vacation homes have a 10AM check out in our area. We provide an 11AM checkout, and unfortunately can rarely offer a later checkout. Occupancy- Maximum occupancy of 16 guests regardless of age. Infants are included in total. This is strictly enforced. No events/weddings/large dinner gatherings/guests over just to visit. Security Cameras- There is one EXTERNAL ONLY security camera on the premises. This camera faces the front door (on the driveway side of the home, not the lake side). In addition, there is an EXTERNAL ONLY Ring doorbell. Chains- California Highway Patrol and the National Parks Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions. Insurance- Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off! https://www.airbnb.com/d/travel-insurance Mail- Due to locked neighborhood mailboxes, we ask you not mail anything to the property. You are most welcome to mail items to our office (Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals) in Oakhurst. Please reach out to us to make arrangements. Calling Us- The phone number on our account does not receive text messages. Please call that number or send us a message through Airbnb if you need any help or have any questions! Please note that this property is nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, a beautiful escape into nature. However, being in such a pristine, natural environment means we occasionally encounter some of nature’s residents, such as ants, spiders, insects, mice and cobwebs. While we take every precaution (including regularly scheduled pest control) to minimize these occurrences, they are a natural part of the mountain experience. Please do inform us if you experience any of these during your stay, so that we have the chance to address them to give you a more comfortable experience.
