Unit is part of the main house, but has a separate entrance. 5 min. drive from beautiful redwood hikes, & cute shops and restaurants in downtown Montclair. Close to Berkeley, 7 min. drive to Rockridge bart. Unit is on the side of a hill, so expect a lot of stairs (pictured). Dogs considered. The space High ceilings, amazing views & surrounded by nature, and lots of indoor plants for fresh air! There is a CA king bed in the main studio space, and a queen bed in the bedroom. There is also a separate office / bonus room outside of the bedroom, with a great view!
