The space Private entrance/driveway provides parking for 4 vehicles. Living room & fully equipped kitchen have vaulted ceilings. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed & attached bathroom containing zero entry shower and 2 sinks. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and detached full bathroom with tub/shower. Both bedrooms contain shelves, small rod for hang-ups, a desk, and smart tv (portable hang-up clothing racks available upon request). Mudroom provides space for coolers and all the things that seem to get in the way after settling in. Except for the second bathroom, the entire cottage is handicapped friendly, including 1 of the master bathroom sinks. Guest access Guests have the entire cottage and yard to themselves. During daylight hours, guests may take a walk to the pond (not seen from cottage), viewing horses, cows, goats, & livestock guardian dogs along the way. A .7 mile wooded trail is accessible from the pond. Catch & release fishing permitted, byo equipment. Pond is clean, no livestock allowed. Minors must be attended by an adult. Although few & far between, guests may encounter others while on a walk. Other things to note Several adult livestock guardian dogs (LGD) keep the herds safe. Earplugs and sound machines are provided in case one of the LGDs is alerted & working while you sleep.
