The space The apartment is on 2 floors, has WiFi, the parking is gated and the gate has a motor for automatic control. There are three apartments within the complex and the one for rent is the middle one. The parking is shared by the three apartments but it is large enough and also has a gate. The couch is large enough for one person to sleep on it if needed. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs and the kitchen is fully stocked. The bedrooms and the living room have a mini split cold/heat and one of the bedrooms has a balcony. ****IMPORTANT: The space you are renting is the middle apartment of a three-apartment complex. People live in the other two. We ask that if you rent, you keep that in mind and maintain a SILENCE schedule from 10pm-6am out of respect for the neighbors.
