Fully stocked with glasses , dishes , plates and silverware for a night or long stay. Also washer and dryer for your convenience. Fenced (new) backyard to enjoy a warm Florida night and have a BBQ (new propane BBQ) or drink. Updated Bathroom , strong WIFI and Roku TVs. Great swing on the front porch to enjoy early morning coffee or nightcap. Guest access Whole house - smart lock/keypad on front door Please only use the smart lock , NOT the key or door lock. Other things to note Parking is offstreet, there is a non-covered driveway that will fit at least 2 cars , 3 if parked car to car. Fully fenced back yard. We are open to pets , but must be pre-approved and there is also an additional cleaning fee ( cleaning service pet fee ) NO PARTIES ALLOWED NO PETS NO SMOKING *PLEASE TAKE NOTE / READ and realize that upon booking you agree to these terms): You will be charged additional fees for any damages incurred throughout your stay. You will be charged additional fees if you choose to break any of the rules, including having parties. You will be charged additional cleaning fees if you do not clean up after yourself. You will be charged (at a bare minimum an additional cleaning fee , but usually this takes extensive cleaning) if you decide to smoke in the house. This is a NON-SMOKING house. Unfortunately, we have had to result to put in a mattress in the house that alerts us if there is smoking activity inside. Please remember that while medical marijuana is legal in Florida recreational is not. Even if you have medicinal, we do not allow smoking. If we do have to pursue additional damages or claims because of marijuana, it is very likely that AirBnB will have us contact the authorities to make a report to consider a valid claim. We will AGRESSIVELY pursue any and all issues with marijuana at the house. Again, if you choose to book with us you are agreeing to these terms. We request that you treat the house like it was your own and not like it was a hotel room.
