The space What our guests love about our place: - Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. - Beautifully decorated space! - Lightning fast WIFI on our large SMART TV which features complimentary Disney+ - The easy access to transit that brings you within minutes to Edmonton's biggest venues and downtown core as well as close proximity to Edmonton Convention Center. - Our condo unit comfortably sleeps two people with one brand new King size bed - Unit is on the third floor and is easily accessible with the elevator right next to the main entrance in the front lobby. What potentially some of our guests don’t love that much about our listing: ⁃ Being in the heart of downtown and close to transit access points, although handy does mean the traffic that runs by it might disturb some light sleepers. - We only manage the one unit in the building, the rest of the condo is managed by the condos property management company therefore we do not have control over the other units. ⁃ The apartment does not offer AC and can get hot during the summer months but fans are provided and leaving the windows open helps create a nice breeze! - We have set up a portable AC for the hot summer months to help ease the heat. - The unit has been recently renovated however the condo building is older. Guest access You have full and total access to the condo during your visit. Stay in and cuddle up on the couch and enjoy complimentary Disney+ or explore Edmontons River Valley right at your door step! Or hop in an Uber to Rogers arena to catch a game or concert. Located in Edmontons Ice District with many unique and local restaurants! Other things to note It is the responsibility of the guest to throughly read through the listing and amenities before booking. Easily check yourself in with a virtual link at the front entrance and into the unit itself with our electronic lock on the front door of the condo unit. Parking - Parking is available with a park pass provided and you may chose to park in any stall on site (covered or uncovered) Please note it is $350 to replace the parking pass if not left in the suite upon checkout. On rare occasions the parking pass is taken by a previous guest there is a parking lot across the street from the condo, we will reimburse you for any parking costs should this occur during your stay. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.
