A beautiful house for rent in the middle of Tvedestrand city center, in the idyllic street Østerkleiv. The house has an amazing view of the fjord. Charming shops, cafes, wine shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The house is family-friendly and equipped with all facilities. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and two of the bedrooms have single beds which can also be converted into double beds. There is also the possibility of 2 beds in the garage. In summer there is a large outdoor water park in Tjenna (the town lake). 10 minutes outside the city you will find Arendal & Omegn Golf Club. Arendal & Omegn Golf Club has an 18-hole main course of high standard, and an exciting 9-hole par 3 Pay & Play course. There is a short distance to many nice swimming spots. Lyngør and Sandøya can be visited by ferry. Gjeving and Borøya/Hagefjordbrygga can be visited by car. Kotenull offers boat rentals at Sagesund. It is also a nice location as a starting point for visits to the neighboring towns of Kragerø, Risør, Arendal, Grimstad and Lillesand. If you are going to Kristiansand Zoo, it is less than an hour's drive there.
