Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet eclectic place to stay. The facade is typical, our space is located on the second level of one of the three small historic buildings in an enclosed area. Three blocks away from the main square Accommodates 4 people. Optionally, for an additional cost, 4 more people in an inflatable bed for a total of 8 people. NOTE: If you wish to host more than four people, you must notify us at least 1 day before your arrival in order to prepare the beds. The space The apartment is on the second floor, going up comfortable stairs. You can use the entire apartment and its utilities. NOTE: Right next to the apartment's entrance door lives a beautiful dog that is kept in its home with bars, but if a person passes by it barks extremely loudly and if you are caught off guard, you will be scared! He has never bitten anyone but please do not touch him. Other things to note Delcome to the Eclectic downtown PONCE Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope you enjoy your stay. The concept of Airbnb is for you to feel at home, because of this we like to receive our guests with quality service, its commodities and security. We ask that you please keep the area clean as if you were in your own home. Here are the rules stipulated in Airbnb: 1. Do not use the towels to remove make up, stains etc. Use them only to dry. 2. Do not make loud noises, especially in the common corridor. 3. Take off your shoes and do not eat on the rug. 4. Clean used eating utensils. 5. Right next to the entrance door of the apartment the neighbor has a dog that barks loudly when he sees people. Please don't touch it. 6. Do not rearrange the sofas or any other decorations. 7.  Parties, reunions and events are prohibited. 8. Smoking is prohibited. ($300.00 Fee) 9. People that are not officially registered cannot stay. ($50.00 Fee) per day. 10. Pets are not allowed. 11. You may throw out the garbage near the Stop Sign. The garbage truck passes by daily at 5:00 am (5:00) and 4:00 pm (16:00). It is recommended to bring it out half an hour earlier. 12. Any damages must be notified immediately. 13. Remember that check-out is at 11:00 am (11:00). Please make sure to take all of your belongings and leave everything how it was. We are not responsible of forgotten items after check out. 14. Paseos de Guainia Apartment as well as the common areas and the parking are private property. Neither the owner of the private parking nor we are responsible for damages, accidents, vandalism or if the water or electric service is interrupted and the electric gate doesn’t work or gets damaged etc. This applies to you, family, friends or third persons. *Parking #322 will be assigned and is for one car per stay 15. Keep the gate of the building and the door of your apartment closed at all times. 16. If you loose the keys or the parking beeper it will have a $100.00 fee. 17.
