The space The newly furnished studio is located next to the owner's main residence. The whole thing was recently built. It is accessible on the ground floor from the parking space. The living room has a bed for 2 people, a wardrobe, a table and a TV. A kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine will allow you to prepare your breakfast or meal. Colmar is 35 min away, Obernai 20 min, Germany 20 min and Europa Park 30 min by car via a bridge accessible 24 hours a day that crosses the Franco-German border (thanks to this bridge, you do not have to wait or get stuck in traffic jams at the border to board your vehicle on the motor ferry (boat carrying cars from one bank of the Rhine to the other) and constraints related to the limited hours of the boat crossing the Franco-German border at Rhinau-Kappel).
