Whether you are coming for a wedding or just a weekend getaway, Harbor Country is the place to be. Within a short distance you can find local breweries, wineries, lakeshore eateries, cozy cafes, area beaches and unique shops. Just 7 miles from Four Winds Casino New Buffalo and 40 minutes to Notre Dame. The ideal place to eat, drink, shop and play! The space This is a 2-story single family home with 4 BR and 1.5. BA. The 4 bedrooms consist of the following: Bedroom 1: downstairs - full size bed Bedroom 2: downstairs - queen size bed Bedroom 3: upstairs - full size bed Bedroom 4: upstairs - two twin trundle beds Bathroom 1: downstairs, tub/shower combo, toilet & sink Bathroom 2: upstairs, toilet & sink *Please Note: Be careful going up and down the stairs! Guest access The entire home and outside patio are available for your use, excluding the garage. Other things to note Checkout Instructions: 1. Checkout time is 11:00 AM EST. (We need time to get house ready for our next guests). 2. Do not strip beds. 3. Double check for any belongings you might have left. 4. Log out of your Netflix, HBO etc. 5. Load dishwasher. 6. Take out trash and recycling. 6. Make sure all windows are closed. 7. Lock front and back doors. Please note that due to the close proximity to our neighbors we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 11pm-8am & keep noise to a minimum. There are two external cameras on the property for security purposes. One is located at the front of the house and the other is in the back. During your stay the cameras will be placed on "snooze" to provide privacy.
