Newly built home. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bedrooms. Bathroom. Pier. Boat. Pool (May-Sept) The space Newly built house that we use mainly over the weekend. Whole house is at your disposal including fenced garden, boat and pier. The house was designed by renowned architect. We have kids so the house is accustomed to keeping kids busy and safe :-). Guest access The easiest way to get to the house is by car. We really like getting there by train as well. #Train stations Train & Bus timetable on https://jizdnirady.idnes.cz/vlakyautobusymhdvse/spojeni/ Poříčí nad Sázavou - 2km walk from the house. With changing train in Cercany you can get to Prague in 50 minutes. Svárov - 1,5 km beautiful stroll through forest and meadows. You can take direct line that goes along river Sazava and Vltava. Beautiful ride, but reserve 1hr 20 minutes for it. Goes every hour.
