Épouville: quiet house

The house is located between the city and the countryside with shops within walking distance (Carrefour market, bakery, pizzeria, kebab) You will enjoy the calm of the countryside while being: 20 min from Le Havre 23 min from Étretat 28 minutes from Honfleur 44 min from Deauville 54 min from Cabourg 57 min from Rouen The space The house includes a floor where you will find the available bedroom (with a double bed 140*190, a TV), a bathroom (walk-in shower), another room with sink and toilet There are two bedrooms and an office also upstairs that are not available On the ground floor you will have a kitchen, a living room with corner sofa and TV (Netflix), a dining room, a toilet, and access to a beautiful wooden terrace if the weather permits In front of the house there is a small driveway where you can park Guest access I am a discreet host who respects the privacy of my guests. When you stay in the house, I will be there very little (mainly to sleep), but will remain available if needed. You will therefore have the pleasure of enjoying all the amenities available in my house in order to make yourself at home
