Nestled within the untouched nature of Greek village, right on a hilltop, this villa offers panoramic view of the Messinian Gulf.The villa is a two storey building which is separated into five apartments.Being able to accommodate up to 25 guests in total, our villa is an ideal option for a group of families or a group of friends.Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family! The space This listing is for 3 apartments (APT1, APT2 & APT4) which are all part of the villa. All of them are equipped with all the amenities that will make you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. APT1: In an area of 65 sqm it can accommodate up to 5 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a private small bathroom, a second bathroom with walk in shower, a fully equiped kitchen, a living area and comes complete with a balcony offering stunning view to the sea. APT2: Bright and spacious, in an area of 75 sqm it can accommodate up to 7 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom-WC, a second bathroom with bathtub and a fully equiped kitchen with dining table.The living area is the third sleeping area with a single bed and a sofa-converted to double bed. The apartment has its own balcony, which make it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your breakfast or lunch or just relax with the stunning view surrounded by the nature. APT4: This air conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. There are also 2 extra foldable couch-beds, making it ideal for a family with kids. The apartment has its own balcony, too. APT5: This apartment has a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a foldable couch-bed. So, it can accommodate up to 3 guests or a family with kids. It comes complete with a shaded veranda overlooking the Gulf of Messenia. APT6:This air conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has its own independent entrance accessible by staircase. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. There are also 2 extra foldable couch-beds, making it ideal for a family with kids. Both the living room and bedroom offer direct access to the shaded veranda. All windows and doors have curtains, screens for flies and shutters for the sun. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the 3 (of the 5) apartments corresponding to the number of group visitors. The swimming pool and the garden are shared among guests of the other two residences of the complex. If you want to have the entire villa to your private use or if you are a bigger group than 16 guests ask me to make an offer (villa can accommodate up to 25 ppl). There is BBQ in the garden. Free Wi-Fi and parking every time. The house has indoor staircase, no elevator. Two baby cots are available for free upon request. If you need to use the washing machine, please ask the staff to assist you. Other things to note Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided, breakfast is not included. There is a regional tavern at 3km. All the necessary amenities (ATM, pharmacy, bakery, farmers market, gas-station, mini-market, cafes, tavernas, etc) can be found at Petalidi village (9 km). Lots of places to visit are very close: Voidokilia beach, Gialova lagoon, Pylos, Foinikounta, Methoni, Koroni, Kyparissia, Kalamata, ancient Messini, Mystras and Mani.
