Amsterdam: 30 minutes by car / 1 hour by public transport Free parking, 15 min. walk from the village. The 1st cozy restaurant is half this distance. No children / Babies Longer rental is cheaper. The space The houseboat is heated by underfloor heating, and electric heating. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning. The living room is 45m2, has an oval dining table with dimmable lighting and a view over the harbor. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge / freezer, induction hob, a Quooker, dishwasher, an oven and a combi-oven / microwave, Nespresso and a regular coffee maker. In the TV corner is a comfortable sofa, 55 inch smart TV, a soundbar and an electric fireplace. The spacious bedroom (20m2), has air conditioning, a king-size bed (2.10 x 1.80) and a double sink. Here too there is a smart TV and you can dim the lighting to a cozy romantic atmosphere. The wellness area (15m2) consists of: a two-person Finnish sauna, a whirlpool (1.90x 0.80) and a luxury shower (1.80x 1.00) with sun shower. Also in this room the lighting is dimmable and can even be changed in a number of color settings (philips hue). Through the sliding door in the living room you enter the large terrace with a beautiful view of the harbor and the "Kleine Poel". There are 2 comfortable chairs and a small dining table with 2 chairs. The sun protection covers the entire terrace. There is also patio heating. A wonderful place to enjoy the rippling water with its inhabitants (water birds). Guest access The entire houseboat (20 meters long) is entirely at your disposal. No spaces need to be shared with others. The parking lot of the harbor is spacious. There are no fixed parking spaces. Possibility to charge your electric car: in the middle of the village (15 minutes walk). The bus stop to get on for a visit to Amsterdam: 17 minutes walk
