Close to everything Santa Barbara: shopping, recreation, dining. Starting January 15, 2021, due to community short-term rental ordinances, we will require a minimum 31 day reservation. Santa Barbara is a bike friendly city and we are less than a quarter mile from a dedicated bike path to downtown Santa Barbara, the beach, or the university. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the Studio. Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
