A green family vacation!

Beautiful family house in the center of a village overlooking the hills. You'll love my place, a fully renovated old Franche-Comté farmhouse, because of the tranquility and the beautiful volumes. The garden will be a peaceful haven to relax and/or an ideal play area for children (freestanding pool, trampoline, volleyball, slackline, bicycles...). Perfect for a family vacation. The space Family house of 180 m², elevated ground floor on the street side (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) but on the ground floor on the garden side, comprising 1 large living room/kitchen (fully equipped), living room (TV), 4 bedrooms (20 and 25 m2 on the ground floor) and two smaller ones upstairs with large common space, 2 bathrooms (showers), a large terrace, wooded garden and vegetable garden, barn or parking to store the car. This is our main residence, with its small flaws but also its lively character that gives it all its soul. We have 2 teenagers, so the house is fully equipped and you will find board games and outdoor games at your disposal! Two cats, usually outside, will ask you for some kibble and you will see our rabbit gambader in the garden. Guest access 40 min (car) from Besançon TGV station. Other things to note Various games, scooters and bicycles available. Foosball, trampoline and 6 x 3.5 x 1.2 m secure above-ground pool. Barbecue and vegetables from the vegetable garden. Travel cot and high chair if you need it. Staircase not safe for toddlers.
