For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen has a brand new induction range and is well-stocked with everything you might need. Our home is energy efficient, featuring radiant heat in the winter, and ductless mini-split air conditioning in the summer. We are long-time Ann Arborites and love sharing favorite spots with guests!
