Situated in a conservation area of architectural and historic interest, this grand stone fronted Victorian family home, with front facing sea views, is superbly situated for all Penzance amenities. Located directly next to Penlee Park with its open air theatre, art museum & cafe & a 2 minute walk to the seaside prom, sub-tropical Morrab Gardens, Acorn Theatre & Art Deco saltwater Lido. A 5/10 minute stroll will take you directly into centre of Penzance, train station & Isles of Scilly terminal. The space Spacious luxe family friendly sunny attic suite/apartment with some sea views, accessed via second floor landing. Space is entire top floor suite of a Victorian house and is completely private. Double bed with fresh cotton linen provided alongside soft, clean towels. Space can easily accommodate up to two additional cot beds (not provided). Room leads onto a private landing area with chairs for relaxing/reading and with complimentary coffee/tea making facilities & a small fridge with fresh milk provided daily. Cot/additional bed can be located here for additional privacy. Separate Private bathroom for sole use has toilet, sink & cubicle shower. Guest access Guests entry is through front door & communal hallway. Annexe is on third floor of Victorian house, accessed from second floor via private stairway, with internal lock on door. Free parking is available outside the property between the hours of 5pm and 9am and all day Sunday. Outside of these times, we can direct you to free places to park within a 5 minute walk of the property. During your stay We will meet/greet guests in person and offer any advice/insights on things to see & do in Cornwall, beaches to visit for surf, rock-pooling, swimming or walking, plus local eating & drinking. We are a friendly family of four who are seasoned travellers and Airbnb users, so understand needs of customers & can be hands off or on as you wish. We both work from home in our own office spaces and can always be on hand if needed, although tend to be tucked away for most of the day.
