A quick walk from a Bull Branch Park in Taylor, is a quiet comfortable duplex waiting for your stay! Relax inside, or sit in the shaded backyard on a comfy swing. Enjoy the local mallard ducks, Sally and Bill, who stop by daily to say hi. NOTE: kitchen has just been completely remodeled with all new appliances, cupboards, and countertops. However, it currently is awaiting final paint and baseboard installation. The space This is one half of a duplex home on a quiet tree lined street. Bedroom 1 has a California King bed, and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Kitchen and laundry has all the basics to make your stay comfortable. Note November 2025: Pardon our appearance! Some ceilings and a few walls are awaiting new paint/baseboards as some final updates are occuring. Other things to note Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $150 fee. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if bringing your furry friend!
