Very charming three bedroom, two bath, River front home in Camp Verde Az. Wide open back yard with amazing river views, fire pit and the brightest stars around. Take time to relax with the sounds of nature, nearby activities, trails, wineries, bird watching and more. We are located in somewhat of a rural area. Our road is a small dirt road with several neighbors sharing the upkeep. There are several small farms in our neighborhood. Pretty much everyone has livestock. Cow's, goats, chickens, ducks (bee's) etc, and even some lamas. Certain times of the year, you will see our young future farmers walking their young cow's or goat's down the dirt road. You will absolutely hear the noises of this small farm community, sometimes early in the morning. Along with these noises, you will hear the geese across the river, the coyotes and sometimes the Lions at Out of Africa. With that said, it is amazing how the mountains hinder noise from traveling to far, we really are a quiet community.
