The space The apartment is distributed over three floors, combining functional design and spaces full of light. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, and the living-dining room with a table for winter days, Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series and with cold and hot air conditioning. From here you can access the main terrace, with outdoor furniture, beautiful plants and a table for outdoor meals. We access the first floor by stairs, where the two bedrooms are also air-conditioned: the double bedroom with a 160 cm bed faces the interior of the community building, while the bedroom with two single beds faces the street. Both have built-in closets to store clothes and suitcases, and share a bathroom with a shower. The third floor offers two sunny terraces, perfect for hanging clothes or enjoying some ocean views, plus a closet with a washing machine and clothesline. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terraces and an indoor parking spot. The accommodation is in a building with common areas, such as a garden, a seasonal pool normally open from June to September, and an elevator with access to the underground parking for greater convenience. It has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals as if you were at home. The terrace includes a hose to clean your surfing or kitesurfing equipment, ideal for long stays and water sports lovers. Other things to note IMPORTANT!
