Perfect location for skiing and boarding in the winter, and hiking, mountain biking, and lake activities in the spring/summer. Free super-fast Wifi, and two dedicated parking spaces. A fantastic basecamp to discover all Big Bear Lake has to offer! The space Ponderosa Pine Haus is a home away from home. Spread over two floors and at nearly 1500sqft it feels airy and spacious. Downstairs, our warm living room is the perfect place to relax in front of the roaring gas fire, with a large TV and Roku box with streaming services. The full-size kitchen includes a range, microwave, dishwasher, pod and drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and an Instapot. In the hallway, you’ll find a ski and snowboard rack with a couple sleds for complimentary use during your stay, and a half-bathroom. At the bottom of the stairs, a Nest thermostat provides heating for the whole house. Note, please keep it above 55 degrees, or on eco-mode if you're not using it. We know how important staying connected is, so there is Mesh wifi throughout the property. Upstairs, you’ll find a full-size bathroom with a bath/shower and two basins. In the hallway there's a linen closet should you need an extra towel or sheet. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and enough room to fluff and fold. Bedroom one, our Master Bedroom, offers a queen bed with a balcony view of the pines beyond and a dedicated work space. Bedroom two offers a double bed and twin sized bunkbeds … and ‘the nook’, complete with a twin bed. Guest access Guests will have full access to the Condo, the rear deck, and the garage.
