Community amenities include a kayak/paddleboard launch, shuffleboard, and bocce ball courts—everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. We take great pride in maintaining it so every guest can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for stay. ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out We’ll gladly accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever our schedule allows. BBQ Grill A gas BBQ grill is available upon request at the time of booking for an additional $100 grill use and cleaning fee, which must be paid before check-in. This fee is non-refundable. If you’ve requested the grill, please check the propane level before grilling. If the propane tank runs out during your stay, you may exchange it at the nearby Harris Teeter (less than 1 mile away). Simply send us a photo of your receipt, and we’ll gladly reimburse you for the propane exchange. Trash & Recycling Trash and recycling are collected early Tuesday mornings. Please place all trash and recycling at the curb on Monday evening and before checking out. Recycling is collected every two weeks (we will let you know if it’s recycling day or not). Clean & Comfortable Your comfort is important to us. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival so you can relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. Security For your safety and ours, there is one exterior security camera located above the garage facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home, and guests do not have access to the garage. Cancellation Policy * 30+ days before check-in: Full refund (excluding the customer service fee) * 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund (excluding the customer service fee) * 14 days or less before check-in: No refund ** The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under section A, B and C above.
