Welcome to the heart of Salem! This studio apartment is located above my home, just outside the historic district of Salem's downtown. The space Upstairs studio with private entrance. Two parking spaces off road available. Keyless entry for easy check in. This quirky Englewood Loft studio-style rental is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Hiking and waterfalls are as near as the next town over, the coast is a little more than an hour away, and skiing in the winter is just over the mountain pass. Furnished with a memory foam queen-size bed, this well decorated loft will be a much appreciated treat after a day of walking our great hiking trails. A full bathroom and kitchen packed with all the comforts of home. Hang out and watch a large flat screen TV, with a Roku to connect to all your streaming accounts. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to cook a nice meal. (Please no children, pets or smoking allowed at any time in the rooms). Other things to note: This loft is NON SMOKING! A $250 fee will be charged to you if you break this rule! 3rd party bookings are not permitted. The person who books should be staying at the loft. City of Salem license #19-126201 Guest access The upstairs loft is all yours! Other things to note This is a Craftsman style home and was built in the early 1900's, so creaky floor boards here and there only add to the charm! Kindly remove shoes upon entry to maintain a "shoeless" space. Cats live downstairs, but they do not have access to the loft. A flock of hens live in the backyard. Please make sure the gate is secure when coming and going. Wash all kitchen items you have used and place them in the drying rack.
