Our cottage is nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside in the charming village of Kings Sutton which boasts two pubs, local shops, a cafe and footpaths criss-crossing the surrounding countryside. Well equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including an wood burning stove and a new kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly situated to explore England or commute thanks to the train station (1 min walk), for easy access to Banbury, Oxford, Stratford-upon-avon, Leamington spa and London. The space Our home includes three bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) with flexible sleeping arrangements. Our recently upgraded kitchen/dining room is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils and cutlery. A washing machine and tumble-dryer is available in a lean-to utility room. The lounge has a wood burning stove, perfect for long winter evenings, with logs supplied as well as a comfortable leather sofa, a 40" smart TV, plenty of books and games and an electric piano. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of free parking on the lane and at Kings Sutton train station.
