The space Verdi Escapes "Retreat" is a 2-bedroom park model "little home" complete with a sheltered patio deck, living room, full kitchen, full bath and a main bedroom and a California Suite second room both with a queen beds and quality linens. Located in Sky Valley Resort, there are many amenities such as 15 mineral pools and spas, hiking, pickle ball courts and more. If you love Palm Springs ranch style coupled with naturally heated hot springs water, this is your place. This 700 Sq. ft. 2006 mobile home offers a unique way to soak in the serene view of desert mountains, water features, greenbelts and a truly amazing night sky filled with stars. The resort's healing mineral hot springs pools, fitness gym, billiards room, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, dog park, walking trails, pool fitness classes, hobby room, weekly in-season farmer's market and nearby golf course, make this an all encompassing location to visit and relax. There are even church services & community parties that you can partake in. There is a smart TV with Netflix & basic cable for plenty of viewing enjoyment. A private wireless network is provided for fast and reliable internet service along with books & games for your entertainment. There is a dedicated work space just in case you need to work a little during your stay. KITCHEN This cook's kitchen includes everything you need to create complete meals, including cooking oils, vinegars, spices, a wide array of pots & pans, coffee station with coffee and teas, and all plates and utensils needed for fun-filled meals and dining. It has filtered drinking water at the sink so you don't have to pack it! There is a gas range + oven and a microwave. OUTDOOR LIVING When you arrive, simple ascend the short set of stairs to the covered patio deck which is your entry to a luxurious and relaxing experience. There is a gas grill in the small back area. EXTRAS In addition to the basics, we provide pool towels and floats, pickle ball paddles for outdoor enjoyment. Plus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & body lotion as well as sunscreen, makeup remover towelettes, hand sanitizer and other toiletries just in case you forget something! There is even a hair dryer! PARKING There is room for 1 car in front of the unit and a spot for 1 car in the guest parking area. Guest access Guests will have the entire Verdi Retreat tiny home for their enjoyment, as well as access to all amenities. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet. Other things to note LONGER STAYS: Maximum stay is 28 days unless otherwise determined. We require a mini cleaning every 2 weeks for long term stays at $75/cleaning + $125 for the checkout cleaning. (prices subject to change without notice) BOOKING The minimum age to book at this resort is 25 and a photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking to verify. A rental contract is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking. This will be sent via email. This is a quiet & serene community of vacationers and permanent residents in the beautiful Sky Valley Resort. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet at all times and in all locations. Enter your specific dates for weekly and monthly discounts. PETS - Dogs and cats only. Please inquire for approval prior to booking. 30-60 lbs, max 1 pet 30 lbs or less, max 2 pets Nightly: 1st pet - $15; 2nd pet - $10 Max. Fee: 1st pet - $150/28 days, 2 pets $225/28 days This fee covers extra cleaning required. Pets must be up to date on vaccines & flea/tick free Other animals are not considered. Although the house will be thoroughly cleaned please be advised in the case that someone in your party has severe allergies. OTHER Bath towels, pool towels and sheets for both queen beds are provided. Because this is a tiny home, you may notice some things that are a bit different. Think of this as a glorified RV, and every inch of the house is useable space! It has a sliding glass door as the main entry, plus a sliding door to the patio from Bedroom 2, and a back door to the BBQ area. The only cell provider that gets decent reception is Verizon. If you have any other carrier, you are guaranteed an "away from it all" experience. :o)
