Welcome to our cozy guest house, built in our garden. We have built the guesthouse to accommodate 2-3 adults looking for somewhere close to nature with good connections to the city. The house offers fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a selection utility available if needed. We also have a wonderful child friendly bathing lake a short stroll down the country lane. Free parking on the premise and Gothenburg central station is 13 minutes by train from Kållered. The space The small home is spread over three floors utilizing the size to the maximum. The high ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom areas give it a feel of a much larger property. The bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating for added comfort. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need for your short stay. The sleeping loft offers a 140cm comfortable bed and some storage for clothing. On the lower floor you will find a foldable bench top for enjoying dinner on and a sofa for relaxing as well as a television and board games. The 180cm bifold doors open up to welcome the outside into the property, giving the living space a much larger feel, perfect for the summer evenings. Externally the property is surrounded by a private deck which is for your usage solely, here you can follow the sun throughout the day into the evening. Wildlife is abundant in the area with deer, squirrels, foxes, birds and the occasional moose. Located idyllically in the Swedish countryside you will find an array of activities to choose from or simply enjoy a relaxing glass of your choice lakeside watching the day drift by. Welcome. Guest access You will have total exclusive access to the guesthouse along with the surrounding decking. There is a washing machine and dryer available of needed in a separate building. Along with access to some training equipment if you desire.
