The mobile home is located on a quiet campground in Eext. From the campsite, you can walk or cycle into the Boswachterij Gieten-Borger. Here you can enjoy wonderful and long hiking, biking and mountain biking! The forest even has a walking area for dogs. 5 km from the campsite is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek, which has a beautiful white sandy beach! And there is more to do, such as: The Tree Crown Trail at 8 km, Drouwenerzand Amusement Park at 9 km and WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen at 30 km from the campsite! The space - This mobile home is not very large, but very comfortable and excellently equipped with everything you need. It is ideal for nature lovers who want to spend a nice holiday in absolute peace and relaxation, away from traffic and the daily stress. - Upon arrival, the large party tent and cozy veranda immediately stands out, where you can enjoy a drink wonderfully sheltered! - As soon as you enter the mobile home through the veranda, you are immediately in the kitchen, equipped with gas stove, mini oven to heat up sandwiches, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. - In the living room you can read a book or watch a nice movie on the large comfortable sofa! (Books, board games and DVDs are provided). You can watch TV via Digitenne. - Your meals can be enjoyed in the dining area if the weather is not so good, but in fine weather it is wonderful to have a barbecue outside on the veranda or under the party tent! - For cold periods, there is a Zibro LC130 petroleum stove (3000 W) in the mobile home. This is equipped with a built-in fan and suitable for heating up to 48 square meters, so if you leave the interior doors open it can heat the entire mobile home. - In the main bedroom there is a double bed (140x200) and in the small bedroom there are 2 single beds (70x200). All beds are finished with comfortable memory foam mattresses and are freshly made for you. For cold periods, extra blankets are provided. - The bathroom is complete with toilet, washbasin and a shower with shower tray (towels and washcloths are provided). - In the shed you will find another fridge with freezer, barbecue, pillows for the garden chairs, standing fan, dog drinking bins, laundry rack and place to safely store two bikes. - The garden is completely fenced, so the dogs can walk freely! - On the campsite are the sports field, a playground, the canteen located on two train wagons and the snack bar Eexter stop, where you can go for delicious snacks, delicious soft ice cream and extensive plates! In summer, fun activities are also organised such as bingo, darts and live music. - In short, with all the nice things to see and do nearby it is definitely worth giving it a chance! Guest access You'll have the entire mobile home and shed to yourself. Other things to note - This property is not equipped to provide a safe place to stay for babies and small children. There are no cots, high chairs, crib or box available, because there is too little space for it. Cleaning products are within reach of children and there are no corner guards on furniture. - This property can be rented for recreational use only. According to the municipality's urban development plan, any other form of rental is not permitted.
