The space Small 1 bedroom house with private parking for 1 car and private entrance . This is a very old accessory unit (no curb appeal at all) but inside is kinda cute, super clean, comfy and safe. Living room has leather sofa which is always sanitized because we are pet friendly. Wifi, 42” tv w/ Netflix, electric fireplace. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker with pods, large fridge, stove and microwave(no oven) small dinette. There is a small desk in bedroom for work and queen sized bed with comforter and duvet with loads of extra pillows. Just off the bedroom is a very small private outdoor space for you to enjoy some fresh air. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy along with the small one car parking in front of entrance and small patio off bedroom. Other things to note The house is located behind the main house. It is in the alley with its own access. The neighborhood is very old and charming but the neighbors don’t take care of the alleyway portions of their property but the neighborhood is very safe and literally a 2 min walk to TU campus.
