I'm a Cornell Professor. We have lived in this 1926 built house on short dead-end street since 1983. Sunset Park is 2 houses away. I can walk to Cornell in 15 minutes. 3 level house; view of Cayuga lake. Great home for entertaining (have had 30+ people in house at one time). Off street parking free. Fully furnished. I'm available 24/7 if needed. Ideal for multi-generational family to watch Cornell graduation or to attend other Cornell major events . Village of Cayuga Heights permit # H2324. The space Classic Cayuga Heights architect built home. Carefully maintained and restored. Easy to live here and even has a golf putting green in the front yard. Nice bathrooms (walk in showers) and 1/2 bath at door main entrance (with bidet!!). We are the 2nd owner of this house. Guest access Multiple entrances to home and the downstairs is or can be completely independent of the upstairs two floors. Large open kitchen that joins a great room with TV. There are 3 full couches in the house in addition to all the bedrooms. UP to date appliances. WiFi throughout house. Direct TV as the television channels. Other things to note My wife is Japanese (State Department retired) and we practice no shoes in the home. We do not require you to follow this rule, but ask you be careful with the hardwood floors and other antiques in the space. We'll stock the main fridge with some drinks and goodies for you to enjoy. Also, to be clear, the no smoking rule applies to the premises in addition to the inside of the house, e.g., the decks and porch and front yard space.
