Natur'Avesnois-Studio 50 m² gîte near Maroilles

The cottage is located in Noyelles-sur-Sambre, 3 km from Maroilles. It is spacious and airy (high ceiling). Refurbished in 2021. The sofa bed is comfortable and easy to use. Everything is provided for you to have a pleasant stay, whether you come for the weekend to discover the Avesnois, its gems, its Maroilles cheese or for business in a company in the sector. Coffee, tea, sugar and all the necessary cooking equipment will be available. The space Upon prior request, I can provide, according to my availability, breakfast or put out the essentials (jam, bread, butter, pastries, fruit juice; knowing that tea, coffee and sugar are already available). You will find some toiletries in the bathroom as well as towels. Bed linens are provided. Nothing to bring except your belongings. On request, I can install a large inflatable mattress (and provide bed linen) to accommodate 2 additional people and consider a stay with family or friends. €10 extra per person per night. I provide a small garden table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors on sunny days if you wish. So you're totally independent. There is a large and pleasant flower garden that you can go to if you wish (shared with me). You can park in front of the house, on the sidewalk, which is wide and safe. The village is quiet. In the studio, you will have to pay special attention to the cross beam, too low to pass underneath without lowering your head! Other things to note Please do not smoke inside the studio or in the downstairs entrance hall. Please clean the dishes before leaving.
