Both The Gordon Highlanders Museum and Blairs Museum are within your reach if you like to go back in time and relive history. Hazlehead Park and Tollohill Wood are also very close by; you can go enjoy the greenery and the fresh air. A plethora of restaurants surround you whether you need to grab your breakfast, a quick meal, or spoil yourself to a night of fine dining, you’ll find what you need. Other things to note Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking - in and checking-out outside the standard time is subject to availability and additional fees might apply: - check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00 - check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00 - check-in after 10 PM = £60. I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply. Please note the following: The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirmation. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. This is a unit in a brand-new student accommodation building. You must not use any candles, incense sticks and oil burners on the property. Confirm your estimated time of arrival upon booking or at least 12 hours in advance.
