This four-tower Condominium complex has a commercial complex and the following amenities: - Swimming Pools (with Adult and Kid areas); - Welcome Lobby and Desk; - Children's Play Area; - Covered Gazebos; - Pool Deck; - Landscaped Area; and - Running Path. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, coffee shops (Coffee Bean and Starbucks), drugstore (Watsons and Mercury Drug), grocery (SaveMore and Shopwise), train station, etc.. You can also easily hail a cab or Grab. Despite its central location, you will be in a safe neighborhood and an even safer building complex. The premises are monitored 24/7 by competent guards. The common areas are also kept clean by friendly housekeeping personnel. On top of it all, you will have a great view of Quezon City. You can watch the sun set while relaxing on a big and comfortable bed. My family and I enjoyed living here. We hope that you will, too. You can also lounge around the pool area for free if you don’t feel like swimming. If you are traveling with kids, they can play at the playground all day.
