No property is closer to the beach! Huge decks with amazing ocean views. Quiet and peaceful getaway. The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice. The space New construction, built and furnished in 2022. This place is great for families with kids of all ages. Large front yard (facing the ocean) is perfect for family fun, volleyball, campfire, or grilling. Fishing and kayaking are popular water activities in the area. We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding! This unit includes the first and second floors of a beachfront house located right next to Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. 20 min drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beaches. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away. Guest access Guests will have private access to all amenities the house has to offer (2 floors with outside sitting area), 2 full baths as well as outdoor shower. 3rd floor (i.e. roof deck, sauna, hot tub) can be included for additional fee. Other things to note HOT TUB and SAUNA are available for an additional fee, and can be added together or separately. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Hot tub is thoroughly cleaned after every guest. You will need to follow instructions for filing, operating, and draining the tub. WE DO NOT FILL THE HOT TUB IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL. KAYAKS use is complimentary. Life jackets are provided. All guests will need to sign liability waiver. BIKE use is complimentary. No helmet or other protective equipment is provided.
