Tamarisk Beach House is a luxurious holiday home in the heart of Woolacombe, where breathtaking sea views and sunsets await. Located within an AONB, Tamarisk Beach House is set in the most amazing location. Relax on the terrace for a tranquil evening of alfresco dining, listening to the waves as the sun goes down. The space Tamarisk accommodates up to 6 adults in double bedrooms and 2 children in single beds. There is a travel cot and high chair available for infants. To the right of the elegant entrance hall is an ample utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, airing rack and additional fridge and freezer. Adjacent is an additional WC. The light and spacious living room features a 42" smart TV, and very comfortable sofas. The kitchen is set at the far end of the open plan living room, and is well-equipped to cater for the whole family. Appliances include an oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. A feature breakfast bar forms the divide between the living area and the kitchen. The property benefits from fast WiFi, which is free to use. Tamarisk offers a magnificent terrace accessed from the family living room. Ideal for al-fresco dining, it boasts views across the ocean to Lundy island and beyond. The colourful, sheltered and secluded garden below is so peaceful and in keeping with the exceptional standards on show throughout. The garden is enclosed and accessed via a stone staircase. Storage for surfboards and wetsuits is found under the terrace, with a fresh water shower to rinse away the sand and salt. Dining is in a separate private room next to the living area and ideally positioned to capture those amazing views and colourful sunsets over the glistening ocean. The ground floor bedroom is a spacious, truly tranquil and comfortable room. Perfectly furnished and designed with comfort in mind, it offers a king size bed, chaise lounge and ample storage. The adjoining en-suite contains a bath (with shower), WC and handbasin. This bedroom ideally suited for persons with limited mobility. As you ascend the charming staircase, elegance is plentiful with so many original features of this exceptional property. The landing alone takes your breath away as you set foot upstairs. In this comfortable area are a desk and chair, should you require an office while on holiday. From the landing there is a striking master bedroom with king size bed, enjoying far reaching views from the window seat over Woolacombe's award-winning beach. The en-suite enjoys a freestanding bath, separate shower, WC and handbasin. A family suite comprises a raised level double room (3 steps) with king size bed. The adjoining children's room features two 3' single beds, sharing the luxury en-suite with shower, WC and handbasin. Guest access Parking is available for two cars on the stone chip driveway directly outside the property. A third parking space is possible by prior arrangement (please request if required). There are two wide, shallow steps up to the grand front door. Other things to note Tamarisk Beach House is very family friendly, and ideal for family gatherings.
