Its SoMa location is a short walk to Moscone Center, Oracle Park, and major transit, ideal for conference attendees, families, or groups. Bedrooms All three private bedrooms are equipped for both rest and productivity, each featuring a dedicated work desk, a Casper mattress, and an all-season down duvet. Master Bedroom (King): A spacious room with a king bed and wardrobe, overlooking a quiet side street. Second Bedroom (Queen): This room also overlooks the side street and has a queen bed, a closet, and a dresser. Central Bedroom (Queen): A quiet interior room with a queen bed and closet, perfect for light sleepers. Complimentary earplugs are provided, though the side street is generally quiet. Workspace for Professionals Each of the three bedrooms has a dedicated desk and chair. The suite is equipped with fast mesh Wi-Fi to create a productive space for teams and remote workers. Kitchen and Dining The full kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. It includes new cabinets, quartz countertops, a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer. Cooking basics like oil and spices are provided, along with Nespresso pods and a French press. Living Room The living room features a central seating area, a gas fireplace, and a Roku TV, ready for your personal streaming accounts. Bathroom The remodeled bathroom has a classic San Francisco split layout: the toilet (a Toto washlet) and the shower are in separate rooms. This design is convenient for groups getting ready at the same time. Towels and toiletries are provided. Laundry Room The in-unit washer and dryer are a key amenity for families and longer stays. The laundry room also has a refrigerator and pantry space. Detergent is provided. Guest access You will have private access to all the spaces in the 3-bedroom suite, including all bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Please note the suite is a second-floor walk-up, accessed by one flight of stairs from the building's main entry. A More Flexible Stay To help you make the most of your time in San Francisco, our check-in and check-out times are designed to give you a full and relaxing experience on both your arrival and departure days. Check-in Your suite will be ready for you from 8:00 AM on your day of arrival. Feel free to arrive early, drop your bags, and settle in for a full day in the city. Access is keyless, and we will send your unique code before your stay. Check-out Enjoy a relaxed final day, as our standard check-out time is 2:00 PM. If your travel schedule requires it, an extended check-out until 4:00 PM may be possible depending on our calendar. Please just ask us in advance. Luggage Storage Should your travel plans fall outside these generous times, you are always welcome to securely store your luggage with us. Other things to note Comfort The suite has central heat for you to control. Like most classic SF homes, there is no central A/C. San Francisco's climate is famously mild year-round, and the suite's position on the middle floor keeps it naturally well-insulated from outside temperatures. For additional, personalized comfort, we provide a Dyson Hot+Cool, which functions as both an effective space heater and a powerful cooling fan. Parking We do not provide parking. There are several paid parking lots nearby, and street parking can sometimes be available. We highly recommend checking street cleaning signs carefully to avoid a ticket.
